1. About Us

Auranest Decors ("we", "us", "our") is an Indian e-commerce brand selling handcrafted home décor, ceramic planters, wooden kitchenware and artisan products. Our website is auranestdecors.com.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or order placement (for COD).
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹40 on orders below ₹500.
• Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities: 2–3 business days
• Other cities & towns: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping partner.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.

4. Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for returns.
• Handcrafted items may have minor natural variations — these are not defects.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy applies.

We reserve the right to cancel any order with a full refund if the product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences.
• Handcrafted items have natural variations in texture, colour and finish — this is part of their artisan character.
• Product dimensions are approximate.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, address, phone, email). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except our shipping and payment partners (Shiprocket, Razorpay).

Your phone number may be used to send order updates via SMS or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.

Payment information is processed securely by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, logos and design — is the property of Auranest Decors. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Auranest Decors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
